Apni movements ko na zyada tez ya zyada slow rakhiye, meri speed par kariye aur apne dimaag aur body mein connection tootne mat dijiye, bahut jaldi aapko fat burn feel hone lagega.

I can't thank you that much as I want to! Everyone has been making fun of me because I'm fat, and my family did it too... I'm 10 years old and in the next monday I will try doing these. Yes Priti ! It always better to to mix your own flour , it's much easier and you know the quality is correct . I would suggest - add all the different flours in equal ratio ! And later As per your taste you can add and decrease their ratio accordingly , as all these flours have their own unique vitamins and minerals , let your body fully nourish on all of them.

Natasha Ji I’m big fan of urs,you motivate like a close friend,I follow some of ur exercises,I’ve two points to share,1.your many ex.videos r available but when doing ex I have to find some particular video ,it is very difficult to search so I request to give number or any special word to make it easy.2 I’m 59 but follow pranayama and exercise for about 1 n half hour six days a week,I want that you mention in ur video dos n donuts for my age of people
