I'll be doing this today instead of lifting weights. Got some shoulder pain going on. May have to take a break on the lifting to let it heal.

How’s the shoulder now and how long did it take to heal? I got a rotator cuff problem right now and gonna stop lifting for 2 weeks or so.

@@ko4950 it took me a solid two months of sleeping on my back only, and applying ice and taking anti inflammatories freaking sucks but eventually its gone

EL PASO MANUAL PHYSICAL THERAPY ... while I was scrolling on YT, this guy's video was next & I can't get over how much better I feel.!! He's a miracle to me. He has lots of videos showing U movements that work. I did the shoulder shrugs & the next day I'm over 95% pain-free & just about 💯% full range of motion. Good Luck & God bless 🙌🙏

10r x 3s, 5 exercises: - band pull apart/external rotation (keep elbows still) - band pull apart at face (“face pulls”?), moving elbows from straight ahead - disco dance (D2 extension) - upward rotation? elbows bend from your sides to above head - upward shoulder press with bending elbow

I'm one more to the flock of "I did this and it worked like magic for me from day one". Jesus, wtf, following that video's exercises literally led me from bothersome pain in the front delts to pain free and even doing machine bench with a lighter weight TOTALLY PAIN FREE. Damn, thank you so much

I feel pain sometimes while i move my arm around like that in the beginning. I pretty have a pretty muscular build but my shoulders and back are definitely underdeveloped. When i reach my weight loss goal I plan on building muscle on all of my lacking limbs 💪🏼👍🏼

Just finished my senior season gave it all I had caught every game it’s been around a month of rest and not throwing and stretching but the pain seems to only be getting worse I do not think lifting will help. It’s the inside of my shoulder where my pecs meet and I feel a pull the most when I put my hands straight above my head.

Ive had shoulder issues on and off ever since my early 20’s. Ive been a mets just say a farm boy my whole life and I don’t have the luxury of time off to heal so I just have to favor my wounds and let them heal nsturally. Also just by using them a lottle and working though the pain sometimes helps My last bout with rotator cuff oain was 2 weeks ago where I cut and split a cord of oak on mothers day for my Daughters mother in law. My shoulder was jacked up lretty bad a week after that and I had to unload the trailer , wheel barrow it up a backyard slope and stack it. My shoulder and scapula and neck hirt so bad I thought it would never heal without surgery but I favored it for a couple days then decided to run my weedwacker around my property snd the next day my shoulder felt like it was actually healing up. The pain was gong away and it feels so much better now.

Thank you Dr! I tore my rotate cuff doing flips and I ended up winging my shoulder out of place trying a double backfull. I freaked out and well shit I got fucked,thanks to your videos I am able to slowly gain strength,without surgery that I cannot afford.

Hi thanks for sharing. What type of pain was it when you tore your rotator cuff? Did you hear a pop? A rip? I was doing military press and I felt pinching, pulsing on my rotator cuff. I was able to finish workouts, next day I felt discomfort, second day I can barely move arm with lots of sharp pain with any jerk. 4th day I got a shot from doc, pain went down and mobility is now very good full function with no pain after 6 days. But sometimes I feel tenderness. That was a month ago, about to start band therapy today.

I found a really nice PT online & he's from El Paso TX. He has lots of Gr8 videos & after doing just the shoulder shrugs, I'm over 95% pain-free. I have almost FULL range of motion now & all this ONE DAY LATER.!! EL PASO MANUAL PHYSICAL THERAPY he has lots of videos on YT (I believe it's YT) & his video just showed up when I was scrolling 😊😊😊

Question: Ive disloated my shoulder maybe 6 times now and the ortho told me that if it happens again i will need to have surgery, but for the time being do my physical therapy. And so my question is, will physical therapy alone be enough to go back to doing daily strenuous physical activity, like say boxing?

I’m trying to find something to help… I crashed a while back and i worked I took a video in the winter and found that my shoulder is lifted when doing pull ups it could be just me but I think it’s a habit from my bad shoulder I smashed it in pavement in the front what kind of stretching or therapy should I do? I have 3 tears one being in my bicep. The doctor says the only thing that will work is surgery. I tell him no every time. I can hardly lift my right arm in front of me. I am doing gentle exercises that help tremendously. Thank you for showing some exercises

How is the partial tear heals? No how because tendons has very little blood circulation mostly none therefore basically they never heal just calcified.
