It's great that you are this disciplined but having a social life is immensly important for our overall health as well. From the pov of an 80 year old, I admire and usually agree and am encouraged by your personal stories. This one is no exception. What does jump out at me quite often is the American ideal of money and, or fame equaling success. I do not sit in judgment of much, including the “ assumption” that money and fame are goals that we ALL have in common.. For a reason unknown to me, I decided very early in my life to, as the 60’s bumper sticker read, “ Live simply so that others may simply live”. It became my mantra, and to just fall into the arms of life, without worry of housing, money, etc, and to find that everything I need is provided for me from the source. I cannot speak much further about this, but it has yet to fail me. I have had all my needs met and more, and been free 80% of my waking time, to just BE. This is not a prescription or a goal that I think is universal, or to be asked of others. It’s just my path in this life in a human body that I know is what I am meant to be. “A human being, rather than a human doing.” This is an old saying, but it describes my self view. Be joyful no matter what comes your way. Just my story. 💜💜💜

Loving your content lately! I was quick to shut down the idea of meditation but ended up giving it a go, was blown away by the impact it had on me and still has.

This is really helpful. I'm trying to make progress little by little. I've been practising semen retention for 2 months now, taking cold showers, mewing and writing a journal entry everyday. Planning on hitting the gym soon

I love how you have such a huge library of clips built up now. I’m sure you spend less time recording. Great idea. How do you organize them?

I have folders in an external drive. Actually I spend more time recording b-roll now because I like keeping my shots new. Its a tough one haha
