Thanks for watching. It surprises me how well the Velcro bottlecap worked. I used was some 60 grit stiff sandpaper.

Thank you for the inspiration. I made a velcro one from a bit of plywood, and it works amazingly!

Question for you about flex shafts. How often do you lubricate them, how do you lubricate, and any tips or tricks. Seems messy to me.

Check out FOREDOM shaft lubrication on youtube. You can find their lubricant on amazon. I have not lubricated the flex shaft in 3 years, probably should though.

Sorry to be off topic, but how best to cut MDF which is not normal wood. Thanks.

No worries. Depends on the thickness. I think the Ez544 wood cutting wheel would work well for cutting thin MDF sheeting and odd cuts. You can make thicker cuts with the 565 cutting guide and the multipurpose cutting bit 561 or the 562 tile cutting bit. But you would have to do several shallow passes. And it is not a very pleasurable experience. It usually makes a very high pitch sound. It is also hard to achieve clean cuts this way, but it will cut it. So, thin MDF = ez544 wheel Thick MDF = consider another tool :)

@@rotarycrafts8760 Thanks for your prompt reply. It’s for 6mm Mdf sheet, so your advice is very useful. Thanks again, Alik
