Suji is made from wheat (गहू). It doesnot contain protine.It is rich in carbohydrates. Normally Idli and Dosa, Uttappam are prepared by soaking :Udad dal & Rice . So it is better for protines. Other dals are also used sometimes.

How come Oats come in Indian breakfast?second thing dryfruits can be eaten on empty stomach soarked over night,they cannot be raken as breakfast. Fruits can be eaten seperately and on empty stomach, not part of breakfast and so does the brown bread. Brown bread contains brown color not more nutrition.
