hey melodee! your back!!! おかえり♪ im a guy so i never actually thought about slimming my body, but i thought it was a good chance and i tried the "final stretches"! guess what.. i couldnt even reach my foot..TAT なので、体を柔らかくすることを心に決めました 少しづつ、マイペースで頑張って柔らかくなります!!! ちなみに、柔らかくなったら体に何か良い効果とかってあるんですかね? and my last comment is.... what a gorgeous house you have!! my house is too small that i barely have space to stretch.lol

Yay I am so excited to try these new exercises! I definitely need to do more core exercises because I've kinda stopped after my aerobic classes in college and now my back feels stiff. I know doing these exercises can help me relax and sleep better. Do you have any tips on how to strengthen your neck muscles? I remember on the first day of my aerobics class, we did 500 crunches - my neck and shoulders nearly died on me, but after 2 weeks, my body adjusted to it. Thank you so much for sharing! :)

Awesome editing job. You describe how to do the stretches very well, in the voice over. I never knew ballet dancers were in such good shape. Ever since I have started to watch your vids, my respect for the fitness level and athleticism of ballet dancers has increased greatly. I guess, I just never understood how fit a good ballet dancer has to be. And your a good one. No matter what the subject matter is, your vids are always a joy to watch. Keep up the great work, Melodee! :)

i had so much fun following along, except for the fact that i did everything in my room on the carpet. I would really like to get into this again, i forgot how much better you feel after doing this, you can literally feel the stress in your body release itself.Looking forward to more videos! :)

Hey Melodee! This is such an effective workout for the body. Thank you so much for sharing it with us :) Could you please do a video on how you first began attempting to do the splits? I know that the splits take perseverance and time to master well, but could you still show us how you did gradually master it over the years and also share some good techniques? (e.g. whether the feet should be pointed, turned out, and how to position the pelvis etc.) I hope you read this! THANK YOU SO MUCH! xxx

Melodee please help... :/ This is really embarrassing, but I was trying to do the splits and was just about 1 inch off the ground so I really pushed myself because I thought I could do it, and I heard this loud ripping sound. It didn't hurt immediately but right now my entire leg feels almost feverish. Did I rip/pull something? Is it serious? Thanks
I do still feel pain, kind of like a bad bruise :/ It's in the upper back of the leg. I did some research (yes, I am a geek ahaha) and I think I pulled a hamstring. Do you have any advice on how to help it heal quickly? Thank you Melodee ^_^ Oh also on a side note... I noticed that on Facebook I can't comment on your page at all?

I'm a little late in finding this, but I love this video! I like that it is more about slimming the body and making it more flexible rather than building huge muscles. I'm going to add all of it to an exercise routine :3 Do you think it is possible to do a video that slims the waist and butt? XD You're very motivating and I hope that you add more fitness and health videos in the future. :3 And best of all, I get to practice listing Japanese :D Thanks for everything!

Hi!This question that is very important to me;I hope you can find time to answer. In your last health video you said not to eat past 6(I've also heard 7/8 pm)I took your advice and I have been eating before 6 for a few months. I should have asked before but why is it not good to eat past 6? I read that if you sleep late you shouldn't eat dinner early because blood sugar levels drop every 3 hours. There are so many conflicting studies and I'm becoming very stressed about it. Thanks for your time!
