@@StevetheBarmanUK It was very tasty! I went quite hard on the Suze and upped the water and it goes down very easily. As for the name - almonds are sometimes called 'mother's persistence' in India, akin to us calling gin 'mother's ruin'. Perhaps you could call it a Mother's Passion?

Hey an other coctail that i like with Passion fruit rum is what i know as a "pass it on" it is equal parts: passion fruit rum, passoa and a clear spirrit (vodka, gin white bacardi, you're not gonna be able to tell the differance) and then add simple syrup to taste (i like this drink sweet so i add equal parts) shake it all up strain in to ice filed glass, and voila a pass it on.

Simple... as in even easier than what I’ve done in the Video?! In that case, honestly just stick to Daiquiri, Mojitos, Mai Tai’s and Pina Coladas...plus the whole Lemonade/Ginger thing too 👌

Nothing is really hard. Cocktails are all about ratios and measurements. If you have those, it's very hard to go wrong. However, if you're creating proper cocktails...not necessarily the fun stuff i do...then balancing flavours can be hard. Like Cooking, it can take 10-15 versions of a recipe before you find the winning combo. But thats proper high level, mixology/science bars. thats not my stuff...or UK Bars like TGIs, Revolution, All Bar One etc etc etc. You're talking £15/£20 Cocktails in Hotel Bars!
