Today in Bina’s Sahan, we are going to prepare goulash for iftar.
The world's greatest chefs agree on the fact
that it is best to take good, young beef for a good stew.
And that from the shoulder.
So we did the same today,
and for the preparation of today's goulash we took:
- 800g of beef from the shoulder
And besides meat, we will need:
- 600g of onion
- 1 larger carrot
- 1 bay laurel leaf
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of paprika or tomato paste
- 500ml of soup from boiled beef bones
or some other soup or simply just water
And we will need the following spices:
- Salt, pepper and red ground pepper, and of course, from the fats, olive oil.
