In today's video I prepared 5 simple high protein eggs recipes that are very easy to make. Three of them are for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner.

-1 banana
-1/2 whey protein (cinnamon)

- honey and blueberries
Egg toast:
-4 eggs
-2 slices of toast
-1/2 avocado
-ham
vegetables
Rice bowl:
-2 or 3 eggs
-250g rice cooked
-80g chicken
-vegetables
-soy sauce
Spanish tortilla:
-5 eggs
-300g potatoes raw
-3 medium onions
-2 spoons skyr
-condiments
