40 years ago I was averaging a 6:30 mile in a 5 or 10 k. Now I’m happy with a 9 minute mile. I’m just so glad I can still run and do CrossFit.

Love these tips for a hard run. I use 5 of these tips when I run. I need to smile more when I run. Thank you for sharing these tips. If we ever meet, I hope you can show me how to hold that kind of pace on a run.

After my concussion I had such a problem with my head oscillating causing nausea, took me 15 months to get use to motion again. But these tips will help.

I watch Hyrox Championshps video the other day. Sam Briggs and Hunter were in it. They had to run 1000m in between 8 workouts. Kristi I am sure it is okay if you watch these Hyrox videos. The carpet the sleds is on does look challenging. It looked like a dense woven nylon carpet. Not the easiest to slide anything. As for this running video, loved it, saved it. Once the weather is warmer I should be in better shape to start jogging and running. Thanks and Milo is awesome!

What is your heart rate during your runs? You seem to be running fast but not dying lol. I started using MAF training (my max HR is 135) a few weeks ago because I was always running with a very high heart rate. I didn’t want to quit CrossFit because of running and I didn’t want to quit running because of CrossFit. Slowing down my pace has help me not to be sore sore and drained all week.

What part of your foot strikes the ground first when you run? I feel like I spring along on the ball of my foot but when I try heel first I feel very heavy 🤦♀️
