Dear Shade, This video recommendation popped up at the right time when i am dealing with office stress and micro-management from my boss and being there in this org since very long time has put me into a comfort zone. I started my new job yesterday and i had a quite a fear of speaking up and i really find it difficult to express myself and ask anything in forum I don't know what is holding me back.
