This yoga class focuses on strengthening and stretching your shoulders and upper back, where we hold a lot of tension. In less than an hour, you will create more space and openness, release tightness, and boost your mood. We use two blocks and a strap, but if you don't have them available at home feel free to do the practice without or use a homemade prop (belts and towels are great as straps, you can use cushions or books as blocks). This class is designed for students with a little yoga experience and is taught by Helen Cloots.
