Ingredients 材料:
1) 6” Black sesame cake (6寸黑芝麻蛋糕):
• 3 egg (3个蛋)
• 45g Cake flour (45克 低筋面粉)
• 30g Black sesame powder (30克 黑芝麻粉)
• 70g milk (70 克牛奶)
• 55g Veg. Oil (55克 植物油)
• 45g Sugar (45克 糖)
• 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar or lemon juice | 1/2茶匙 塔塔粉或柠檬汁
2) Black sesame whipped cream frosting (黑芝麻淡奶油糖霜):
• 1-1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (1-1/4 杯重奶油)
• 3 tablespoon powdered sugar (3汤匙糖粉)
• 4 tablespoon Black sesame powder (4汤黑芝麻粉)
3) Black sesame paste using black sesame powder (用黑芝麻粉制作黑芝麻酱):
• 90g (1 cup) Black sesame powder (90克 或 1杯 黑芝麻粉)
• 30g (1/4 cup) Chopped walnut - Optional (30 克 或 1/4 杯 核桃碎-可以不加)
• 50g (1/4 cup) Sugar (50 克 或 1/4 杯 糖)
• 85g (6 tbsp) Melted unsalted butter (85 克 或 6 汤匙融化的无盐黄油)
4) Black sesame paste using black sesame seeds (用黑芝麻制作黑芝麻酱):
• 1 cup black sesame seeds, wash-dried-and toasted. (1 杯黑芝麻,洗净、晾干、烘烤。)
• 30g (1/4 cup) Chopped walnut - Optional (30 克 或 1/4 杯 核桃碎-可以不加)
• 7 tbsp honey (7 汤匙 蜂蜜)
• Melted unsalted butter or sesame oil if needed, add 1 tablespoon at a time. (如果需要,可加入融化的无盐黄油或芝麻油,一次添加一汤匙。)
