@@blaireshoe8738 you know that you CAN make your own, if you can use Ivory soap (I can). All you have to do is take a vegetable peeler and shave soap curls off of the side of the bar. But you need to find a rigid, airtight container to keep them in so they don't crumble, or get damp and stick together. That's been my hold up, finding a suitable container that fits in my purse. Over my 39 years on the planet, and having taken care of elder family at various times since I was a kid, and for the past 16+ years having worked for a non profit dealing with seniors running a senior center, and meals on wheels for seniors, I can say with 100% confidence older generations can be stubborn AF!!! to the point it makes you want to pull your hair out, or put your fist through a wall!! My best advice in this case is to take his shoes when he's not wearing them, and just transplant the laces, then go here try this, I'm tried of hearing you complain.

I think the extra lace hanging off the end looks goofy, and personally I feel would be annoying bouncing around. I just tie my laces slightly loose with a double knot, to where I can slide my feet in, and out, and I rarely ever have to tie them.

I like my lock laces and use them on my motorcycle boots. Easy on; hold tight; easy off. You should tuck the ends *under* the lacing. More stylish! LOL For sunglasses holder, I use a piece of paracord (plenty of colors available to match any decor. A knotted loop is tied for each pair of sunglasses. The cord can be cut to a perfect length and hung up horizontal, vertical, or a funky diagonal. ;)

I've been buying lock laces from Chinese sellers on eBay, the past 10 years or more. I have them in just about every pair of footwear I own. I have no complaints. They're typically $1-2 for a pair on eBay :)

#3... The sunglasses holder... I can see it now... You go to grab a pair and they ALL have an accumulation of dust that needs to be cleaned off before you can wear them... An attractive dust shield, that you can easily clean the dust off, would make it perfect.

Lock Laces - Don’t cut them off evenly. Cut the excess from only one side of the lace. That way (for a lot of shoes) you can use the excess on another pair - especially true for children’s shoes.

Great video! One thing to consider with the soap sheets is that the last ingredient appears to be a paraben. I don't know much about them from a scientific perspective but if you look them up, you can see that they can disrupt hormones, fertility, and increase your risk for cancer. I'm sure using them in soap is less of a big deal than something like makeup which people wear for much longer than the soap is on your hands, but it's something to keep in mind. Additionally, there very well could be worse things on your hands than parabens.

That's actually a lot of variables you just mentioned. Maybe they do prefer frozen over fresh potatoes. Or maybe they don't like sunflower oil and prefer vegetable oil. Maybe they don't like pepper on their fries (which I hope you mis-typed and they're not putting pepper on the fries 😖 Salt only, please! And when I cook at home, I prefer no salt). Or it might be all three. But you'd have to conduct a massive survey to find out.
