I went to the doctor 41 days ago. She told me I have high blood pressure and I'm overweight. Yesterday I went and she said my blood pressure is perfect, and I lost 13 pounds. Been watching my diet with the lose it app and doing your exercises (I made a playlist) daily. Thank you so much

Update: Today is day 30 of the challenge I started Aug.1st /7 days a week I love that it’s only 6 min. I notice my clothes fitting better but I was waiting to see if family/friends notice without me saying anything about the 6 min challenge. They did!!! I have a ways to go but this is a good start and motivation. It works.

I first started with your 8 minutes a day and saw great results now I added you 6 minutes ab and I feel and look GREAT. I was so pleased I became a Caroline Patron because I want more 72 year old to have these workouts. Thanks Caroline for making exercises for ALL Ages and everybody.

I loved this standing abs video. I have a difficult time with floor exercises it hurts my back and ankle too much so I am on the look out for great standing abs videos. This is on my list of videos to do each day.

Thank you Caroline, l had an ankle injury and in recovery stage, l was so frustrated & depress that l couldnt do any workout, l am so pleased that l found your chair cadio exercise. it was fantastic, a short exercise but brought my heart rate to 112. Ooohhhh, I've had great results from your videos. I'll try this with my sis as a night exercise. Thank you for sharing! If anyone is wondering if they should follow Caroline's vids, wonder no more! I went from 159 lbs to 130 lbs in like 3 months with her vids and a low carb/starch diet.

it is June 16th today. Let' start the ab challenge. From June 17th to July 16th. Every single day. Have a bloated belly thanks to gastritis and GERD. Gotta show my brother I can do it because he keeps mocking me and i challenged him that i would. June 17th : done June 18th : done June 19th : done june 20th : break june 21st : done

Caroline, I am over 55 and I find under 10min workout very suitable for my age and ability. The sweet spot for me is about 20mins. Would be nice if the duration of each move was 40sec instead of longer but I understand your videos are more for the younger age groups. Thanks anyway for this excellent video.

Caroline - Which of your ABS workout do you think is the most balanced and challenging core workout. I've been doing the "Summer Six Pack Abs" workout for years and like the length. Is there another that is a bit more challenging (but not a lot longer) that you recommend?
