The 4 diff. workouts:- 1) Calisthenics 2) Cardio 3) Strength Training 4) Stretching/Mobility training Cobine all 4 for the best results and longevity, mixed with consistency. The amount of each depends on your goal, but all 4 are v.important.

To build a body it's very hard....one needs dedication, I started going to gym just one month ago and I had avoid package food, maita, oil, fatty meat, and outside food.....now I eat lots of green veggitables, fruits, wheat, tofu, lean fish and chicken and a roti made from wheat....I feel so good now, I feel like all those sickness in my body is gone. Health is WEALTH guys.

Agreed with everything you said, except the white rice part... it’s easier for digestion and doesn’t increase GI because we do not it alone, we eat with dal or cooked as pulav etc, which decreases overall GL... and fibre in brown rice can hinder some minerals absorption in the body, did some research on the topic, hence putting it out 🙂
