This is absolutely nuts though if you are 73. They should have you on more interviews and shows.

I was 73 when the last biological age test was done. I'm now 74, closing in on 75. I agree about the interviews and shows.

Hey Lance, enjoy your show. It looks like you gained some belly fat. Take care of yourself. Consider sitting down behind a desk, like Bart Kay hiding his huge gut😂

You're right, I have. I did a video on how I've fallen off the longevity wagon and am getting back on. kzitem.info/news/bejne/spubwGWdjp6Ee44

Lance! Awesome video. Would love to see a website sharing your protocol as other members of the Rejuvenation Olympics have done so!

Women sacrifice even more than men. They have the second shift at home. Always follow you, and disappointed you don't see that. Bryan includes women.

I apologize if you felt excluded in this video, longevity protocols benefit women just as much as men. But like I said at the very beginning of the video, this video is just for a very select few, not for everyone. My audience is 85% men, and this video was for a small portion of them. Honestly, a personalized roadmap will benefit anyone who develops one, man or woman.

Ok for example, I have poor deep sleep minutes each night. Tried everything that I can find. Now what? Doctors tested about a dozen things including verifying the low deep sleep. Now what. None of this is that simple that we can just "make our own blueprint".

Like I said in the video, best to go with a physician, if you can. Barring that, doing as much as you can to develop your own blueprint is better than doing nothing.

very good. my mantras: Without measurement there is no management. Without experimentation there is no optimization. small tip, regarding the blood pressure: (1) include isometrics into your training, (2) supply with arginine powder anywhere from 2..5g per day. First is working through parasympathikus, second is enhancing NO production. May reduce BP by 10 points Isometrics : horse stance, bruce lee "lifts" or any impossible to overcome resistance, yoga holds Arteries and BP also point to the possibility of a longterm relative Vit C deficiency Your CV performance: impressive, indeed. 190 max heart rate is cool

Love listening to your output. Sound, considered and inspiring. I’m an admirer of Brian Johnson and his experiment, I recently discovered Dave Pascoe, his approach is more relevant to me not just in fiscal terms but also age and like you and the realisation that you don’t need millions to make a significant impact. My one observation with Brian, he needs many “experts” who come to the party with their medical training and nutrition biases and dogmas, perhaps 90% is good. Dave Pascoe doesn’t have that burden. Ask a cardiologist what is optimal for your heart, you will get a good answer. It’s only when you consider the rest of your body that you appreciate it isn’t optional for overall health and longevity, that is a question of balance.
