What’s that first technique you do into the very beginning?? The whoosh sound. That sounds insane!! I can’t figure it out

Haha thank you! I could be wrong but I believe I was the first to use/ capitalize it. Been using it with Structures since 2010. Basically you push your strings into your pickup. Check out this video where I go in depth on it as well as a few other sounds: kzitem.info/news/bejne/paSt05elkYSIfqg

So it's been at least a few weeks now right? Are you still feeling as hyped about this squier bass 6 as when you released the "best guitar for x" video? Any complaints yet or issues arise? Genuine question

I still really love it. I’m experimenting with different tunings , currently in drop A#. Plan on doing a month after video with the little quirks, but there’s workarounds for all of the little things. Just like the lower tuning, the more fret noise, but raising the action seems to help. Any specific inquiries about it?

How do you track and record those tri tone chords when your doing that crazy tapping stuff at the end there.
@BrendonKPadjasek

Left ear is the normal one, right ear you play everything one semi tone up.

The last lick... What do you play there? Or does the dissonance stem from two guitar lines in like minor second apart or similar? Sounds super interesting

No. It's a Bass VI. Tuned EADGBE, but a whole octave down.

It’s a 30” neck. I think baritones are usually 27” up to 30”. And typically baritones are tuned only 5 semi tones down instead of a full octave. It’s kind of its own thing. Thanks for checking it out!

Not exactly a baritone as the others pointed out, but you can definitely tune it to A Standard, 4 semi tones below E standard using D'addario EXL-157s. I have 2 shorts on my channel showcasing that, playing Resident evil 1 and 4 saverooms.
