6 Week Challenge; will I be READY..?
Welcome to my 6-week transformation challenge journey! 🏋️♂️💪 In this video, I'm embarking on a life-changing mission to improve my health, build muscle, and lower my blood sugar levels before my upcoming hernia repair operation in 6 weeks. I'm sharing my story with you all, not just to document my own progress but also to inspire and motivate anyone out there facing similar challenges. The last 8 months have been life changing and now's the time to up the game...
It's essential to approach fitness and health with a positive mindset, and I want to emphasize the importance of body positivity. We should love and accept ourselves at every stage of our journey. However, it's also true that taking care of our bodies can lead to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Throughout this series, I'll be sharing my progress. It's not about achieving a "perfect" body, but about making sustainable changes to improve my overall well-being and as nervous as I am about sharing these pictures and my journey, it's not about where I end up in 6 weeks but how far I've travelled....

Weight - 96.3kg
Fasted Blood Glucose:
29/8 6.1mmol
30/8 5.6 mmol
31/8 - 5.6mmol
1/9 - 5.7mmol
