This vinyasa class has an aerobic feel with core exercises sprinkled throughout the flow. We'll go through some warm-up exercises, a dynamic vinyasa flow, dancing warrior, and a few long holds. I like this practice for building core strength and spinal flexibility, which helps make everything in life so much easier. It's especially important for me here in Montana where I spend a lot of time in the mountains, either skiing, hiking, backpacking, or fishing. Keeping my body open, strong, and fluid makes all of these things a lot more accessible!
