I feel sorry for the mailman that had to deliver those heavy packages. Do you think you will go back to the 4 or 6 way wedge now? I love the box wedge machines because they make small splits and you don't have to touch the wood after you put it on the splitter.
@HometownAcres
4 жыл бұрын
I think the 4 way wedge and 6 way wedge are the right tool for creating home heating wood because you can split your wood bigger for the boiler or wood stove. This box wedge is perfect for people who want their wood split smaller like campers or people who burn in their fireplace around the holidays. They want their wood to burn bright and hot. So the way I see it I’ll use the 4 way and 6 way for wood I’ll split for my own personal heating needs and use the box wedge for everything I sell

As much wood that you get to play with. You may consider getting a Logrite Log Arch. You'll conserve the forest skid trail, not get dirt in the log which will save your chain. So it will save time and ware and tare on your equipment. Not being critical, just trying to be helpful. Thanks keep up the good work. Fetching Arch is one I'd recommend. It's a mid-range log arch.

Lee White it is hands free once you get the log on the table. You don’t have any readjusting to do and it is more versatile meaning you can split 10” rounds with it all the way up to 30”+. The 4 way wedge on a 30” round is going to be a lot slower than the box wedge
