We can't escape stress! In whatever situation we are, stress change its shape and cause us pain.
There are a lot of ways to relieve stress, but most of them are avoiding it. Eventually, stress avoided mentally is remembered physically and piled up as a poison. If we face stress and know its pattern, we might find out why we respond to it and the solution more easily. If we discover the tool figuring out stress and use it effectively, we can design it in a developmental way.
