You can buy a chinese dumpling soup stock now in the major supermarkets made by Campbells. 60/40 with chicken stock, some noodles, homemade dumplings (cooked in the stock - cornstarch/cornflour dusted on them helps thicken the soup a bit) and greens, makes a great dumpling soup.

Love your recipes. Just found you tonight and I've already watched a few of your videos. I'm now a new subscriber and I rang the bell. One of my favorite things when I go to a buffet is the Crab Rangoon or just Cream Cheese wonton. I love the red sauce but I have not been able to reproduce it yet. I haven't looked but maybe you have these recipes. If not would you please make a video of them? Thank you for sharing your knowledge. God's abundant love, blessings and protection on you and your family 💜👍😎 I've wondered how shrimp would work with the cream cheese wontons. I also love mushrooms and cream cheese together so that might be good also. 💜

You can make Indian style sauce. (char grilled tomato, garlic, green chilli). Add salt and little bit of lime juice and any little oil. And blend it. Now eat the dumpling with it.. I hope you will like it

Firstly Congrats on recently hitting 20k+ Subs. Secondly ALL those dishes look amazing and is something i would expect to see at an asian dumpling restaurant. Why go out for dumplings when you can make them yourself. 👍👍🥟🥟. On the other hand if you want to go out for dumplings you should hit up Burwood & Ashfield for great cheap dumplings.

You should try and add Sesame Paste to the chilli wonton chilli oil recipe. Its 1000000000/100! And If you havnt tried "Yang's Dumplings" in Sydney, you NEED to go!!!! My favourite is actually the sichuan style wontons in peanut sauce, but everything is also amazing. There's one in Sydney CBD and Burwood Chinatown :)

Yum! I couldn’t stand it and paused the video before you started the dry noodles to fix myself some dumplings. Mmmmm. You called for red vinegar in the one recipe. That is hardly ever mentioned, in my narrow experience. What do you prefer about red vinegar with that dish? I am going to search for some.
@JaniceFung
4 жыл бұрын
haha how did you make your dumplings? also thats a good question.. i actually dont mind using the black vinegar that i had for dipping.. i say red vinegar because thats what they always offer at the hong kong diners when you have their wonton noodles. i dont rmb a big difference in the taste though
