These were great ideas as im very active I have a high energy expenditure so I find cereal easy to eat though I’ve recently swapped my sugar ones for plain ones like Rice Krispies and instead of milk I have a skyr yogurt which high in protein

A higher-protein breakfast is best (like the examples mentioned in this video). But, if you love your porridge, an option is to stir some protein powder into it. Thank you for watching!
