Remember how Charlie Brown always got tricked by Lucy? Whenever Bailey gets to the "1" in a countdown, I'm like "Oh, thank God I can put my leg down!" but then inevitably comes "Now, hold it there and give me some pulses...." AND I FALL FOR IT EVERY TIME.

Yes I was about 4lbs lighter by the end of 28 days, was eating a bit healthier but nothing crazy. I felt lighter and belly wasn’t looking too full haha. I starting over today with a better nutrition plan and the weights plus band. It does burn without the equipment especially if you don’t workout regularly before like me

I’m on day 15! Love it every day. I’ve never been this consistent for so long. I tried weight lifting and hated it, so I only do it once or twice a week now. Your workout just makes me feel so good, and I can feel the burn every time. I don’t care whether it will give me drastic results or not. All I know is that I’m much more confident and mentally happy about working out! Can’t thank you enough💗

I'm a year late starting this challenge (11/21/23), but this was the best Butt workout that I've ever done! I can definitely do this every day. Day 1 completed! I love this!😊

I did your challenge months ago during my weight loss journey but I stopped after I lost the weight. I tried to get back into Pilates with someone else and they just don't compare. Your energy and encouragement are unmatched and I'm excited to be on this journey with you again.

Holy cow. My butt hurts. I’d going to try to update everyday for 28 days. 😬 (honest review) Day 1: ✅ The two workouts together is crazy. I’m little shaking but I did it! Day 2:✅ I did pretty good. Not as fun as the one yesterday but overall pretty good. Day 3: ✅This one was pretty good. Got me shaking. But not as effective and fun as the first. Day 4: ✅ this one was hella good and I definitely felt it. Remember to stretch afterwards. Day5: ✅This one was hella good as well. My ass hurts. Day 6: ✅ not as fun but I did it. Day 7: ✅ exact same video as day 6. Not as fun but I did it. Starting to see a little different. I definitely feel better tho. Day 8: ✅definitely loved it. I hurt. Day 9: ✅ finished it at like 9:00 pm but I still did it. I’m sweating a lot. It’s hot where I live so that also contributes to it. Excited for tomorrow. Day 10: ✅very good workout. My glutes were burning. Day 11: ✅ also very good. My stomach was on fire. Also very relaxing and enjoyable while you also get that nice burn. Day 12: ✅ abs are burning and so is my ass. I would call that a success. Day 13: ✅ I finished Day 14: ✅ same workout as yesterday. Easy stretching one. Day 15: ✅ glutes are definitely burning. Although I’m getting used to it and it’s becoming easy. I will add weight tomorrow. (Sorry for the late update.) Day 16: ✅ it was okay. Want really in the mood. Day 17: ✅ ngl I hate the reformer classes but I pushed through it. Day 18: ✅ pretty good burn. I sweat. Day 19: ✅ butt hurts. I’ve been losing motivation lately but I gotta stay strong for y’all and myself. I’m also sick so that’s adding to the lack of motivation. Day 20: ✅ just stretching basically. Not really a fun workout. Tomorrow I’m going to switch it out for another harder one. Day 21: ✅ I switched it out because it was boring. But the one I did hurt in a good way. Day 22: ✅ I didn’t do it in the morning but after I got outta school. Very good arms and abs exercise. The burn is real. Day 23: ✅ done. It was actually pretty fun and I felt good after. Day 24: ✅ good glute workout Day 25: ✅ good ab burn Day 26: ✅ felt it today. It fricken hurt . Day 27: ✅ Very simple stretching workout. Felt good. I’m so close to being done 🎉. Day 28: ✅ easy. Simple. Overall out of ten I give these workouts 7.5/10. I really enjoyed some of these workouts but others I just didn’t like them. There were lots of repeats too. I did see a bit of difference in my waist. It was more “hourglass” like. But not to much of were I would continue these workouts. If you are really interested in better genuine workouts, you can try fit by Zoe. I am doing the 1 month June challenge and her workouts are challenging and make you feel good. She doesn’t repeat any workouts and they are more than 5,10,20 minutes. Effective workouts. Again this is all personal preference. But if I were to be completely honest you probably shouldn’t waste your time doing this. This was a fun challenge though.

Working out for the first time after a 2.5ish month break. Posting this to stay accountable!! Day 1 ✅ it was a struggle maintaining tight form on the second side but I'm hopeful day 2 will be better!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾 Day 2 ✅ I thought I would switch it up today and start with my left side - it was definitely harder to maintain my right side after 🙃🙃 but I got through the routine and definitely had to do some extra thread the needle and childpose stretches for my bootay after 😩🙌🏾💃🏽 also I'm not using weights for the entire 5 days. Day 3 ✅ started with the right side today and definitely more soreness there, but overall I think today was my best form so far and I can tell that the peachy is happening!! Gotta workout the left cheek more tho, it's not as perky as the right and it shows. Day 4 ✅ last workout of 2021!!! I decided to challenge myself today and start with the left side again! That was a good choice because not only was my form great this time around, but I made that mind-body connection and every exercise went off smoothly!! 😤💯🙌🏾💃🏽 Day 5 ✅ yaaaaaazzzzzz I'm going into 2022 feeling like a badass!! Today felt like second nature, I made the mind-muscle connection instantly and it was a thorough workout!! Thank you Bailey!! This routine was amazing and it fits perfectly for a 5 day routine!! I would definitely recommended this workout to anyone reading my comment regardless of where you are on your fitness journey!!

day one of the 28 day challenge. 1 - I didn't know how hard it was going to be, but it was. I am already nervous but excited. 2 - fun, challenging and hard but not so much when the motivation you get when doing it! 3 - sore and almost couldnt finish the last video! but I powered through, I really wanna come through for myself 4 - love that we switched to an ab day, wow. I needed a switch, and my core is FEELING it.

I see others tracking their progress & I think it’ll help me stay motivated! *hold me accountable if u can* Day 1: ✅ feeling good! happy I didn’t watch the clock like I normally do. hoping to do this all the way through. Day 2: ✅ day 2 has me sweatinggggg !! these workouts are definitely do-able as a beginner! And they’re short enough to get through without them saying “okay now repeat the video 3 times” I feel the burn and I’m excited to continue! Day 3: ✅ okay I had to jump RIGHT into the shower lmaoo I was dripping sweat. Very easy/basic moves that are very effective with the right posture! Definitely had to stop & take water breaks… but today was a 25 min workout! Longer than the others. Day 4: ✅ I updated yesterday but I guess it didn’t save. I remember I wasn’t as motivated and wasn’t pushing myself & I noticed it definitely impacted how accomplished I felt after. Day 5: ✅ dripping sweat !!!! I know I prefer leg/glute workouts because i was a dancer so I’m already stronger in those areas. But I still had to push myself! Still loving the challenge. I also highly recommend doing one if these trackers! It helps me stay motivated Day 6: ✅ pretty easy day! Only one video, less than 8 minutes, but i still feel like a got a nice workout in. Wondering how I’ll do tomorrow since I see it’s the same workout. Day 7: ✅ I liked having the same workout two days in a row! Since I had an idea of what was coming next I didn’t have to stop and watch as much. Was able to feel more of a workout! Still enjoying this!! (Which is somewhat surprising for me) realized I’m a 1/4 of the way through! This is been the first challenge that has actually been easy enough for me to complete, hard enough to know I’m getting a good workout in, and motivating enough for me to focus on creating the habit of working out! Day 8: ✅ didn’t really want to do today because I did a treadmill workout this morning. But i got myself to do it! Was not able to complete the second video because my cat started to get hyper and attack me at every movement. Not as accomplished as I normally feel, but happy I got myself to do it. Day 9: ✅ LOVED todays workout. Definitely felt the burn! I normally give up on arm workouts & i did not today! Feeling strong 💪🏼 Day 10: ✅ today was definitely a hard one! I’ve tried tons of KZitem workout challenges and have never made it to day 10 & still felt motivated. Was chillin on the couch did not want to move but I knew I would regret having to go back and say I didn’t do today. I’ve said it before but this challenge + commented daily progress is the best way to build a routine of exercising! Day 11: ✅ I really liked todays workout! And it was another arm day! Bailey is so motivating and knows when to pipe in with her encouragement! Day 12: ❌ took a day off because of traveling for Father’s Day. Will do day 12 today and hopefully day 13 as well to get back on track! Day 12 (part 2): ✅ I liked todays workout! I felt controlled and strong! Didn’t really feel the need to stop! Only to figure out my form. Day 13: ✅ I was able to get myself to do day 13 in the same day since I missed yesterday and it was a nice stretch day! Happy to be caught back up. Haven’t lost my motivation yet! Day 14: ✅ another stretch day! I decided to do a treadmill workout before hand so I did get some sort of exercise in. Feeling very proud of my commitment to creating the habit of working out & changing my mindset. Half way done! Can’t give up now! Day 15: ✅ same workout as day one! I didn’t write much about how I did so I can’t compare. Didn’t give up once today. The last bridges with the leg up killlll me though. Still working on my form and where to focus my weight & when but I do feel stronger Day 16: ✅ today was hard but I made it through! I believe it’s a repeat from day 2 Day 17: ✅ I guess you could say I did today but i gave up halfway through the second video… not a fan of the workout & I had just come in from being in the hot weather. Okay so I'm pretty chubby and the 1st day seems to be the easiest (I've looked through 1-4/5) and I actually started doing day 1 workouts until I could complete it all the way through. This is my fourth day (plus a rest day 😅) doing day 1, and I'm happy to say that I completed it! The first few times I couldn't make it to the end, but today I got through with only 1 break! Thank you for this! I'll be moving to day 2 tomorrow. I haven't been this excited to complete an exercise in forever!!!😊

honestly i just found out about your channel from your tiktok and ive been struggling with anything that's connected to any kind of sport or workouts my whole life. but i just exercised with your video and i liked it... no matter how hard i felt that burning up but the way you're talking and encouraging to keep going! that's what motivated me to not give up. ive gone thru so many workout videos on youtube and none of those made me feel comfortable like yours. your words of courage are warming me up and i like it:)

I just finished the 28 Day program yesterday! I completed the challenge without any equipment. I love the way these quick workouts make me feel in the morning; they are a great start to my day. I am going to repeat this program, with today being Day 1, but this time around with equipment!

despite day 1 being only 15 minutes long, the burn is absolutely insane. i don't feel the need to keep going up until an entire hour to feel accomplished and like i'm making progress. i'm really looking forward to the remaining 27 days, i've heavily underestimated pilates. thank you so much, bailey. 🤍

Just finished up day one and I love it already! I work out regularly and eat fairly healthy, but have been lacking in my Pilates, which I used to do more frequently during the school year. TMI, I have had trouble going to the bathroom lately and after finishing day one of this work out my bowel movements are so much better already! You are a lifesaver, and I am so excited to continue this challenge 🥰

Okay so I’ll try to make this 28 days challenge and I’ll post an update everyday just to keep me motivated. I’m currently 77kg and I would like to loose some weight but I mostly want to make exercise. I’ve had back problems for a few months now and it’s a great occasion to muscle it and just star moving again. (btw sorry if my English isn’t perfect) Day one : I did it pretty slowly with kind of a low impact because my back still hurts a bit but I clearly felt my muscles burning. I like the fact that it’s not too long and the way that you motivates me the way you do. I’ll definitely do it tomorrow :)

I am redoing the 28-day challenge starting today. Sadly I stopped with the 4th day and had a 4-day rest😔 Not intentional though. Just life had to happen and literally no time to do the exercise. I'm redoing it again with a better mindset and hopefully with a better posture since I know what to expect.☺️ Here's to never giving up.😁🙏

WOW! Day 1 kicked my butt! Don't let the short video throw you off thinking this isn't a workout. I never felt this burn before and I have had multiple trainers!

Day 15 check! I’ve really enjoyed this challenge and I’ve seen my body changing. My butt is peachier and everytime I re do a workout it’s easier. I feel stronger and more energized for my day

Hello! I just finished day 1 of bailey browns pilates challenges. I can just say wow 👌 I have never felt a burn like this!! Can't wait to continue. Hopefully I don't give up after a couple of days😂😢
