Grab a massage ball, lacrosse ball, tennis ball, or golf ball, and follow along as we massage away foot pain and tension, relax our feet, and increase mobility through the joints of the feet. After only 7 minutes, you’ll probably notice that not only do your feet feel relaxed and rejuvenated, but so does your entire body.
Our foundation, stability, balance, and posture all begin with the feet, so keeping them healthy is necessary for overall health. When there are issues with the feet, there’s a good chance of problems developing elsewhere in the body.
Proper footwear is essential to the health of our feet and therefore our entire bodies. Wearing high heels, for example, can create many painful conditions and injuries including achilles tendinitis, calf cramps, lower back pain, disc herniations, and even neck pain, to name a few. So make sure you always wear good, well-fitting, supportive, comfortable shoes.
