This is a first for this channel - a 75 minute workout! You'll get a full 50 minutes of intermediate level step, followed by upper body toning and core work. There are 5 combinations for the cardio step portion:
1 - Star Step w/ tripple to change leads and then another star step w/ triple - Turn straddle all the way around the step - L-step
2 - Revolving door - Knee, Straddle, Switch Curl - Knee off Knee back - Mambo cha cha corner to corner
3 - Turn hesitate - pivot and kick - Step pause box - 3 knees fancy
4 - 6 pt. Push, land on top - 3 knee repeater on front, straddle - corner kicks - Ham 2 Hops Ham
5 - Turn step + mambo cha on floor - 1 down tap - Reverse Basic - Rock Step - Repeater Down Taps/Speed Skater on Side
The toning starts with tricep and upper back work in a crescent lunge position. From there we do an up/down yoga-based flow to work the core, triceps, and shoulders. We do a quick supine overhead extension exercise for the triceps, and then a plank row for core and back. From there we do side planks and then go back to a supine position to work the abs with weights. A stretch wraps up the workout - whew! I hope you enjoy. PLEASE SUBSCRIBE!
