01:35 compiling aseprite from the source is official/legal (whatever you want to call it), I mean the devs of aseprite literally made a tutorial on how to do it

Can I use a random version of Aseprite that I download from Google for commercial use? I'm ok with older versions, I don't want to compile... it gives me headache, lol... is it legal?

I think a video on little tips/tools of the trade or best practices with unity would be fun, I’m just getting started with unity and it’s similar enough to software engineering to feel familiar but just different enough to feel like I don’t know anything lol

I very much recommend Jetbrains Rider IDE especially if using Unreal or Unity (I use it for my custom engine as well, its just really nice to use)

I would say do not make a game first, make a mod for a game as you se if the concept is fun or not.
