This core workout has something for everyone. 8 different exercises. All with a focus on building a stronger core.
Today I’ll be showing you some of my favourite core exercises using my Pilates Bar. I love using the Pilates bar to challenge both myself and you.
I want you to do as many reps as you can and then keep a written record of how many reps you can confidently do with control. Then over the coming weeks as you build strength and confidence with the movements aim to increase the number of reps and again record your progress!
Remember we are looking for progress not perfection.
