Thank you Dr. Bowling! As a suffer of scoliosis along with RA, OA this is a area I've been suffering with for 2 wks now. I had a compressed fracture to lower back 28 yr's ago and believe scoliosis from that. Finding relief is hard at times. All the while being on my feet moving constantly for 4/5 hr's for work. At times I break down and take prednisone just to get much needed relief 😢 you mentioned some things I've not tried but gonna !!! Also learning more about emotional trauma does seem to be held within the body just as much as the physical traumas. 🌞 love the sunshine !

@@sonclearbrahman-ar1461 Yea I actually got bought the magnesium bisglcinate from Dr.Bowlings Vitatree . I just drove to 4 different stores trying to find a shoulder brace as bursitis has set in. Will put on KT tape before going to work. RA flares are no fun. And on my 4th RA medicine trying to get relief for 17yr's now.

Aspirin and boswella help. I love hot tubing exercises.
