Hi Ladies! He didn't really give exact instructions on that. Try watching the video again. Perhaps ask Critical Bench Trainer for his advice. Or you might have a fitness trainer who could give you an idea using this model of exercises. Good luck building that hot butt & body! I have to kick my ass to move it.

Hi Ladies! I recently watched another new Critical Bench video "Amazing Lower Body Routine" for the lower body using bodyweight exercises but less exercises-- only 5. Sets & Reps suggested for this circuit: Per exercises: 3 sets of 10 reps per set; take a 30 sec rest between each exercise. Perhaps you can also use this formula for this video above w/ 9 exercises. But start w/ what you can do. Start w/ 1 set of 10 reps per exercise-- perhaps take the 30 sec rest in between 3 exercises. Increase gradually depending on your strength. Until you can do more sets per exercise.

Super low fat like that can actually be very dangerous if not very carefully done. We have a bunch of sexy looking hot bod types who don’t have such healthy hot insides. Not saying she is one but don’t let that body type become the ideal teen girls are already Suicide and depressed enough. She looks like she just did an enema and has been fasting all day nor do I even see her diaphragm moving for breathing meaning she is chest breathing sucking in her gut the whole time. Chances are likely she is trying to maintain an absolutely outrageous ideal because yall humans have decided that that is what’s ideal. Women’s bodies are designed onfunction best at 16-20% body fat and men’s at 12-16% you can go below but it always runs a bigger risk if you ever make mistakes in your diet or drink or do drugs or miss a nights sleep or spend 2 months too stresssed your systems will shit down. Just wanted to inform y’all since the comments show just something like blind worship of a sexy as hell body. God bless you all you are all beautiful and healthy bods are always the most enjoyable for all ❤️❤️❤️

You’re the best! I bought the Unlock Your Glutes video in May 2018. After 6 mos of pure commitment, my glutes look much rounder & firmer than ever in my life. I've tried ALLLL of these workouts during the pandemic and it WORKS!! i've done CrossFit and always had a muscle type butt..however, including 2 to 3 of these exercises in my daily workouts has helped me develop a nicely round butt!

Criticalbench - Excellent information that I was specifically looking for. WIth a torn left miniscus (5th time), I need exercises for the glutes that don't involve the knee too much (or not at all). And here are my answers. Many say that as you get older (after 50+) everyone loses their butt. I don't accept this, at least not now!

Just finished doing this workout for the second time. Even though I do heavy squats/deadlifts/hipthrusts regularly, this still made my glutes burn. Especially that bent knee side plank hold! Great workout, thanks!

Love this workout plan. Thanks so much. You helped me understand the areas of the whole butt and which muscles should be working helps me know I'm doing it right. After 30 years of sedentary lifestyle due to Lupus and joint and nerve damage ,a medical implant has given me my life back and I'm rebuilding my muscles slowly and my body is making me feel good rather than breaking me down and it's awesome. I started seeing a little results in week 4. Week 6 I noticed my booty sitting higher.Week 8 I started using resistance bands from there. Then moved on to weights at the gym.

When all you do is put videos out, you'll have this body. But when you have a regular life it's hard. But I'm going to try them.

Great presentation. Marcia is Devinity and divine grace in human shape and form. It is just amazing to watch her exercise. (I hope she has a private gym otherwise she would be distracting everybody) Both of you are a great team and I wish you the very best. Best. Sameep.

Criticalbench I do several of these and other of your amazing booty blasting moves several times a day! I do 250 regular squats a day and everyone is shocked at how my "PANCAKE" ass is now nice and round. I also do my squats in 5" heels!♡

Finally great to have someone that understands the body, so many glute classes I’ve attended just do lunges and squats and then some individuals get bigger thighs and not glutei. I’ve also heard many say you can’t grow the glutes without weights? What are your thoughts on this please?would you say that depends more on body type- as such an ectomorph who is naturally skinny may need to add resistance but a curvy endomorph may be ok just doing body weight exercises Would love a video on the 3 main body types because all females are different and have different goals so need to be trained differently

I love the fact that you gave us 3 sets for each glute part. Can you also do the same video using gym machines or equipment like dumbells and kettle balls instead of body weight? Looking forward to it....Thanks

I did all 9 exercises, with different repetitions for each in 4 sets. Next day, I really felt all my 3 different parts of the flutes. I didn't feel it, in spite I trained for many years! Great workout. I will definitely repeat one more time. Thank you.
