I have a calcification on a tendon in my rotator cuff and impingement which has caused bursitis. It's too hard bringing my toddler to PT with me and I lost the print outs my doctor gave me. This is super helpful- thank you!

You are really dynamite at what you do. I am a KZitem junkie with a sore shoulder. So you can imagine how many videos I have watched. You are really the best and have given me some new, specific moves that I am sure if I keep up I will feel a lot better. Thank you❤️

Thanks Tim. I developed left shoulder pain after small trauma and not very successful a year long treatment with medicine injections. Still feeling pain in shoulder when rotating. Will try to do these exercises and see what happens. I found you thanks to your COVID-19 video one year ago. Thanks for that as well. I'm having covid right now and really started worried about pain in my back in lungs area. Your video helped me to calm down as my symptoms exactly same as yours. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🥂 Happy New year 😊

Did your doctor test for any signs of a rotator cuff tear? Have you tried going to a PT? Might consider the non surgical rotator cuff injury video I have on the channel to see if that helps. Happy New Year and I hope you’re feeling better soon!

Does the pendulum exercise actually undo the impingement? I mean, does this make space between the bone and the tendon so the tendon isn't impinged?

Thank you for the great exercises! I was wondering if you would recommend using an inversion table? Like the Teeter Hang-Ups ?

Inversion tables can be helpful for certain conditions, but they aren't for everyone, especially for people who should not experience increased intracranial pressure due to a medical condition. I have an article coming out on the blog about inversion tables, so I'll try to make a video about that as well.

I caught the vid a couple days ago...im recovering tho...first 3 days was terrible...I feel a lot better now...o ly thing os my smell and taste are gone...If i recover from the vid but still can't taste you think its safe to kiss somone?

Great exercises but I have! to keep rewinding your video several times because I find that you run though the visual exercise demonstrations too quickly.
