Sorry you've been so sick! Multiple ppl dealing with chronic illnesses(my family included) when anxiety gets involved it just gets more complicated. Please know that you are loved and cared for. I'm praying that you get answers to your health issues and that they get resolved quickly!! I would love to see more preparedness videos from you, I'm very interested in that as well. Hey, I'm not especially good with home type remedies, but have you thought about maybe applying a castor oil pack to your cheek? Just a thought, I've heard so many good things about its ability to dissolve masses, etc. Anyway, so good to see you and hear your voice again! 🥰

Everything looked so good. I love seafood (I can be dangerous around shrimp), but that ribeye ... oh my! 😋😍 I have made Hasselbeck potatoes 🥔 before and don't know why I don't make them more often. I make them the way that you do with cheese, but saw them made somewhere with bacon 🥓 as well! I'm sorry you can't see a doctor for a while. Prayers that you get better soon. If it gets worse or if you develop other symptoms (increased pain, swelling, nasal discharge), please go to the emergency room. Sinus infections can be really bad. Take as much time off as you need. We'll be here. ❤

Would love to see the Amish store. We have a Mennonite community in central Ontario but they only have a couple of bakeries. Thanks for sharing your meals. I feel healthier just looking at them! Your family is very lucky that you continue to cook for them even though you don't feel well. That thing in your sinus sounds concerning and I will continue to pray for your health to completely recover. God bless you!

I’m sorry to hear that you are still not feeling so good. I have missed your Tuesday videos but I would always want you to take care of yourself first. You’ve got your littles that need their momma feeling well. I just made breakfast burritos and sandwiches to put into the freezer for my hubby yesterday. Your cobbler looked easy and I have cherry pie filling I canned last year that I think will fit perfectly in the menu for this weekend. Like Matt, I’m not a seafood fan. My hubby IS and I have some fish in the freezer that needs to be used. I’ll try your sauce for cooking it for him. I am, however, a steak fan and your steak looked delicious!! I will keep you in my prayers. Take care of yourself and thank you for sharing the Three Rivers Challenge with us and inspiring me along the way. 🤗 hugs friend.

Now to think of a good name. The soup looked so good. My spinach was sown last Sat and they are about 1 1/2" tall right now - can't wait to pick the leaves for quick snacks. I love the crunchy nutritious leaves each spring as one of the things I most wait for. I have a few jars of potatoes left and will also copy your casserole for a great way to use them and eat well. Hope you feel better soon! I have and am going through the same as you. I started with the flu, then sinus infection (again for the 4th time this year). It will not go away this time even after a strong round of antibiotics. I can get into ENT at the end of March but not the PCP until April. When I had this in September it did not go away until almost Christmas. Get plenty of rest! I enjoy watching, I too am gluten free

Congratulations on completing the challenge. While I did participate in my own fashion, next year, I plan on fully participating. I have learned a lot just by watching you and the others adjust your daily lives to the challenge. You have also brought back memories, that I had forgotten, of my grandparents in Appalachia. They did this every day/week/month/year of their lives. Nothing ever went to waste. I know you have eaten venison. Have you ever tried squirrel?

Everything looks so good! I've been following you since my teen daughter showed me one of your bread-baking videos early last year, and over the next week I watched the rest of the videos you had up at the time, hahah. I'm in upstate NY now, but grew up in south Jersey, and lived in State College PA for 10 years, so your videos feel like home to me. Can't even tell you how many times I've gone back to specific videos to re-watch parts, check for recipes I want to try, and of course set up my gardening supplies for the year. I hope you're able to get some relief soon for your health issues, and in the meantime, get lots of rest, take care of yourself, and know that the wonderful resource you've provided with your channel is so appreciated!
