Very well-composed. Love the visual aids - they're stylish and keeps the viewers engaged. This is next-level compared to the rest. You've got skill

Example of a 'mystery' (I now hesitate to use the word), in which the character in the story discovers things that the audience doesn't? Would that only work, if a very strong hint was given to the audience, or (in the mode of Mons Poirot), the secret (or secrets), is revealed later?

your videos are so entertaing that even if i wasnt here to steal information i would still watch your videos. that being said, i recently had an idea for a mystery/drama but i have no experience in writing so now im just watching all your videos and trying to be able to put my story together. Awesome video. 🤩

This is brilliant! Just what I need right now. My characters find out a lot of 'little truths' throughout my novel that lead them to the 'final truth'. You've really helped me to see that clearly, Thanks loads.

I always love dramatic irony in stories. The tension & slow burn of knowing more has always won out over plot twists for meeee But I suppose in ideal mysteries you have both

What if the character knows some of the truths along the way, but the audience doesn’t know he does. Because in the wrap up he was partly involved? Maybe? Or is that too weird?

@@annaelisabethgeissler I tend to get stuck in the middle too. Usually there's a set-up in an earlier part of your story waiting for you to remember it. May help to give your story a read-over as a "bystander" rather than the "author". If you're still stuck, then it could be a structural problem or an outlining issue. Good luck with the resolution.

@@brianna6377 That's a great way of finding a solution! I'll remember it when I get stuck again. For now I have mostly figured it out, I only have to actually write it :)
