On October 8th, 2020 I tested my 1 rep max axle bar deadlift and ended at 480 lbs w/ a strap malfunction at the top. This was before I planned on following a 16 week strongman program that wrote for myself. I said I wanted to finish the program repping 500 lbs with no straps. The end of the program finished with a heavy set of 4 reps and I got 500 lbs x 4 reps. Mission accomplished. The program will be available soon.
