I’m getting the ideal implant in one week! I’m so excited and have no reservations on my implant selection. The warranty was recently extended to cover additional capsular problems (as a competitive advantage since their rates are significantly lower). Even if one baffle fails (there is a lifetime warranty), I liked the ideal I wouldn’t be left with nothing. I’m very excited and hope to see many more videos of the implant surfacing as more doctors start using them. Thank you for your video! Hugs 😘

I had my augmentation March 23rd of this year, and it would have been neat to have known about that implant. I still would have probably chosen the silicone, but it would have been nice to at least see and feel it so that I could inform others who were interested in having an augmentation.

I read that you have saline, why did you prefer that over silicone? I’m getting saline implants in 6 days!! And I’m just hoping I made the right decision. Do yours feel soft?
@Bustmob
4 жыл бұрын
Hey! The only way a saline implant can feel soft is if you have existing breast tissue over your breast implant or if they don't overfill which can cause rippling. If you're starting with a B or more, they'll feel good. I love my saline's but im considering switching them for Sientra 107 highly cohesive silicone implants soon.

I wish they had these out when I got my implants done 😭 I saved up all my money working during highschool and college for saline implants. Now I want the ideal ones :( the traditional saline ones feel too firm but i don’t feel comfortable getting the silicone.

Honestly, you made the right choice. SO many women inside of Bustmob's Main Group on Facebook are rarely happy with the ideal implants. They're firmer inside the body than just the traditional salines. There have been valve issues with them in the past causing a lot of ruptures. So trust me, you chose right.

If the surgeon compromises a sterile field and bacteria gets in it, absolutely! But the odds of that happening are low, though not impossible.

@Iron Arm The ideal implant has been having valve issues which is why they're not available right now. This video was done 2 years ago. However - I've had allergan saline implants for 9 years with zero value problems. It's specific to the ideal valves.

This would have been Perfect for me and my needs being allergic 100% to Platinum, but as of 2023 This perfect Implant is No Longer being Produced as the market for it wasn't enough to sustain producing it! What a shame! The Dr.'s didn't promote it more to keep this one on the market for us now!

Hi! Thank you for the information. :) I wanted to ask whether you think this implant would be good for those with very little breast tissue (in the AA club over here), or if silicone is still superior for very small boobs. I know it's not 100% as "natural" feeling, but I am terrified of a silent rupture.
@Bustmob
6 жыл бұрын
Hey girl! Honestly, for the AA club, you'll likely be happier opting for Silicone. It will feel more natural than saline and will be less likely to have the "stuck on" look that saline can have when dealing with very little breast tissue. If you're worried about a silent rupture, I would be sure to get an MRI every 1-2 years to check the integrity of the shell. When dealing no breast tissue, you're at risk for rippling with both implants. Make sure you ask your board certified plastic surgeon what he/she thinks. You may be a great candidate for the ideal implant.. but I wouldn't go with conventional saline implants as you'd look less natural, and may see rippling.

Jenny Eden (Eden Knows Implants) Thank you for the reply! I'm curious to know if you've known any women who have gone through a silent rupture, or if me seeing the worst of the worst (I searched it on Google images. Not good!) is making me feel more worried than I should be. I know they're not lifetime devices, but also know that there are countless women who have them. Thank you for all of the information!
@Bustmob

No one really talks about their silicone's being ruptured... mostly saline because women know immediately. And honestly, most women who have silicone implants don't get the FDA recommended MRI. So if you choose to go that route, you're safest getting the MRI's. :)

Jenny Eden (Eden Knows Implants) I am all set to have surgery in May. I ended up going with ideal, just because I was too afraid of silent rupture (and I wasn't about to wait till 22 to get these babies fixed). Safe to say I'm watching all of your videos and trying to convince myself to splurge on the RXBRA or Marena. I'm thinking RX since it was your recommendation, and I trust you. Thank you for your videos!!

Hi! Luckily, a plastic surgeon can inform you of their warranty program since most implant manufacturers have one. But you're right, it is a new product. The studies are published publicly on the FDA website. So far there are no long term studies but short term are posted.

Does it cost more then silicone
@Bustmob

Depends on which silicone implant and which silicone manufacturer. Ideal's are more expensive than the regular saline implants. Silicone gel's are more expensive when looking at Allergan Natrelle's Inspira line.

Saline implants will almost always be more on the firm side. Bubbles inside the implant is a surgical error - not the implant.
