To make goulash you will need:
pork loin 800g
carrots 1
onion 1
clove of garlic
Spices: salt, black pepper, hot peppers, sweet peppers, basil - to taste.
1 tablespoon flour
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Goulash production process:
we cut the meat, fry it and put it in a pot to cook. We also fry carrots, garlic and onions and pour into a pot. We add spices. Boil for 50 minutes, add the tomato paste and pour in the flour mixed with water, mixing everything well. Cook for another 10 minutes. Goulash is ready. Bon Appetit.
I ate goulash with mashed potatoes and pickles. The goulash got soft and very tasty.
