✨ [1) How to Clean Abalone]
- Wash the abalone with a brush and rinse it in running water.
(tip. If you rub too hard, you will lose the chewy texture.)
- Separate the skin and flesh with a spoon.
(tip. Separate the intestines by putting a spoon in the mouth, which is where the hole is in the shell.)
(tip. Boil a small amount of water and put the abalone shell side down, then blanch for 10 seconds to make it easier to separate.)

2) How to Clean Abalone Intestines
- Remove the sandbag from the abalone intestines with a knife.

(tip. The dark blue intestines mean the abalone is female, and the yellow ones are male. There is no difference in taste.)

- Ingredients : 3 Abalone, 1+½ cups of Rice, ½ cup of Glutinous rice, 2 cups of water, 1tbsp Sesame oil, 1tbsp Cooking wine, Chives
- Seasoning Ingredients : 3tbsp Soy sauce, 1tbsp corn syrup, 1tbsp Cooking wine, ½ tbsp Sesame oil, 1tsp Minced garlic, ½tsp Red pepper powder, Sesame seeds
1. Wash the rice and glutinous rice, soak them for about an hour, and drain them with a strainer.
2. Rub abalone with a cooking brush to clean it, and remove the flesh and intestines with a spoon.
Remove the mouth and sandbag of the abalone and cut the abalone into bite-size pieces.
3. Put sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the soaked rice, minced abalone intestines, and cooking wine for about 3 minutes.
4. After adding water, boil it over high heat. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low heat, and boil it for about 10 minutes. Then add sliced abalone to boil for another 5 minutes, turn off the heat, close the lid, and wait for about 10 minutes to cook the abalone.
5. Chop the chives and mix them with the soy sauce seasoning. Then add them to the abalone rice.
