AC/DC never fails to deliver. It's that old Angus blues lead, with heart pumping bass and drums, and of course Brians gravely in your face vocals. Just glad they are still rocking out, after decades of working hard on their craft. With all the tragedy and heart break of folks just trying to make it through this crazy year, we can hear some new music from a great band.

Hello, Jamel. Glad you love AC/DC. They are national icons in Australia, and emerged from the vibrant 'Oz pub rock' scene of the '70s and 80s, alongside bands such as Cold Chisel, The Angels, Midnight Oil, INXS and the Divinyls. My favourite AC/DC song is Jailbreak, with the much-loved singer Bon Scott on vocals. Angus Young, Malcolm Young and George Young (founder of The Easybeats) emigrated from Scotland to Sydney, Australia in the '60s. George Young and Harry Vanda (also from The Easybeats) produced the first six AC/DC albums. You may also enjoy some classic tunes from the other most popular band from the Oz pub rock scene, Cold Chisel. They also formed in 1973 and are still releasing records, like AC/DC. Some of their classic songs are: Khe Sahn (unofficial national anthem), Flame Trees, Choir Girl, Cheap Wine, Saturday Night, My Baby and Forever Now. Some more classics: The Angels' Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again, The Divinyls' Boys In Town, INXS' Don't Change, Midnight Oil's Power And The Passion. And the band that helped start the Australian rock industry, The Easybeats' with their '60s classics: I'll Make You Happy, Sorry, She's So Fine, Friday On My Mind, and Good Times, which was also covered by INXS and Jimmy Barnes of Cold Chisel in the '80s. You're right, AC/DC's sound is timeless! Keep rocking! 😊
