Im using this warmup while training with Tom on Runcoach. This warmup helps me alot! My previous comment i posted here was listing out the content because it helps me to refer back to which drill i needed to repeat and make sure i was mimicking the technique... but that comment was deleted/removed.....it would be nice if the video description could outline the drills used so i dont have to stop everytime to see what the next one is. I can keep my intensity up that way...
