This episode is hysterical. Like Naked Gun funny. I don’t know that I’ve ever laughed this much or hard at an episode of Batman.

When Bruce Wayne was tied in the rolling gurney heading for the cliff, shouldnt Bruce have used his slow rolling Bat Gurney stopping device in his belt buckle?

Robin said in the beginning that apparently he didnt die in that warehouse fire like they thought. Therefore, he never went to jail (or Arkham Asylum) for any treatment. Also, we dont know how long it was since they fought, so perhaps he had time to amass a small fortune committing theft or even via gambling or the stock market. Perhaps now I'm overthinking! But Buono was a great villain, he chewed the scenery with the best of them, and does a great impression of W.C. Fields to boot!

I’m a fan of King Tut, he is as interesting as Scarface and the Ventriloquist. Both fascinating psyche tests to examine.

Actually as a child and even today tbh, i always had a warm spot for King Tut and his backstory... yes it is full of holes and written from tattered cloth but that makes it even better. it comic book level. and it is even more believable than other villains as he is really mentally a pharaoh - he is not acting the part.

IRVING--Did you notice "Bruce's" head fell off when the stretcher dropped out of the ambulance? IT'S TRUE! They must have used a mannequin and didn't catch the mistake.

Fun fact, like myself, Batman is a native New Yorker. The earliest comics mentioned him being in Manhattan, and Gotham was a nickname for New York long before he showed up.

You mentioned the names on the pole, but you didn't notice? Bruce's pole is bigger than Dick's, even in later episodes where the poles switch sides... that couldn't be a reference to something, would it? Hmm... Nefertiti so far seems to be a pain in the asp. Let's hope she's not as much of a pain in the next episode.

Is it just me, or were the writers off a bit in this episode? In most of the series, they use one-offs of real places and institutions. This time they used "Central Park" and "Yale". Maybe the editor was sick that day and didn't change it into "Center Park" and "Hale" or something like that. I have a theory about all the tech and props used in the show. Batman and his rouges use the same supplier. Costumes, umbrellas, stuff for the criminal storehouses. There's a secret cabal behind this, getting rich off hero and villain alike by making all those toys. It explains how the Riddler was able to steal the Batmobile a few episodes ago, as well as Joker's funny ray. They knew how to disable the tech, and just got the right price from the costumed weirdos. It might explain Chief O'Hara. All he has to do is take the kickbacks, play dumb, and hire the stupid.

To explain your fun fact at end about dual ambulance doors while Bruce inside, while it becoming single door when exits is simple. You lame people can't see obvious? Superman flew by in area & switched it to a single door to make it easier for Bruce to escape.

Didn't know King Tut was 6 foot 5 300 lbs. Anyway Victor Bueno is an excellent actor, and manages to play this role perfectly. BTW, King Tut ,doesn't appear to look like he rose from the ashes , Actually, this is a good episode!! Damn, that's the fattest mummy I ever saw.Omg ,when the stretcher fell out of the ambulance, Bruce Wayne's head fell off!!!

Adam West talks about acting alongside Victor Buono in his interviews on the Batman villains, he said that he was great to work with. A big man with a great sense of humor. Bueno loved playing King Tut because it allowed him to overact.

Doesnt Chief O Hara have nothing better to due than hover over Commission Gordon all day?? And .from what I thought King Tut was not 6 foot 3 and 300 lbs. Victor is a BRILLIANT ACTOR. But, this is one villain that is unnecessary, along the lines of Minstrel, or Archer just to mention a few BTW Bonnie must be bored as HELL!!! I had the same opinion the first time he appeared, but by the end of the series Buono had gotten comfortable with the role, knew what he wanted to do with it, and knocked it out of the park.
