This tutorial is Part Three of a How to Needle Felt a Golden Retriever. Parts 1 & 2 cover the wire armature and core body. In this video I show how I make the head. Please note that although I do show the entire process of putting on the head (along with my thoughts and observations), I do speed the video up many times during this episode just to move things along. I toyed with the idea of cutting parts out, but I know when I've watched needle felting videos in the past, I really want to see the WHOLE process. What about you? Would you rather I cut it shorter? Please let me know!
I'm Jules, and I'm a newly obsessed needle felter who loves making whimsical miniature versions of people's pets. In fact, in this video I mention how I'm no expert - I'm just here to share things I've figured out and I'm 100% open to hearing your advice, so please comment!
