This is an upgrade from original Wim Hof breathing. Not counting the breaths, but instead always 90 sec - starting with slow breathing and then gradually increase.. This is very good and important, because people have different pace, In Wim Hof exercises, people tend to keep the same rhythm as the recorded breather.. and that will not reach the same depths.. Thank you Kitaro 🙂

I use it in the mornings especially to slow my thinking down from the dream state. You always overdeliver Kitaro, so thank you my friend. Much love and Namaste, Dominic.

I wanted to thank you from my heart. I've been doing WH breathing for about 5 years. You advanced my practice SO much, especially with the placement of the hands on chest and abdomen. I did it last night and it felt like a complete connection to my body and soul. A very deep connection that brought many tears of love. When there is a calmning smoothness to any practice, the result is a deeper understanding of body and soul, and I thank you for bringing this to me. Bless you ❤

Dear Kitaro, dear Comunity, thank you so much for your content. Doing your breathwork regulary, i asked myselve if you can exaggerate it. On average i do two sessions a day. This time i kind of lost control over my body while doing the 3 min breathhold. My arms twitched and i was very lucky to be able to breath again. Please dont get me wrong, i know the normal strong feeling of the necessary to breath. This was something different. I felt like deep falling in my spirit and on the same hand i felt my body donig strange things. Hard to explain. Can you help me with an answer? Thanks and best regards Thomas

This feels different to the reset your nervous system guide. Is that the reason we cant really hear your breathing this time? I definitely feel more calm and focused after this, while after the other one i feel more awake and energized. Also while im here i wanted to ask this for a while: Im trying to push my breath holds as much as i can. I can make it to 2:30 seconds most of the time but on this I made it to around 2:45-50 and when i cant make it to the timer I usually take a really really small inhale and exhale and thats usually enough to keep me going for 15 extra seconds. Is that a bad practice and i should just stop when im at my limit or is it fine to keep pushing through? And my last question is can the breath retention lenght be used as a sort of measure for performance or progress with the practice?
