It's an aerial yoga active low flow practice that will feel amazing by the time you finish (well I did!). Set your fabric to the height of your knees. This aerial practice is best for an advanced beginner or intermediate student. Pause and rewind any challenging transitions. But after you have seen is once following along will feel much smoother. This is an active low flow so expect to work a little and enjoy deep hip openers along the way. I hope you have fun with this one. 💜
