Aerosmith with Joan Jett and the Black Hearts was the first concert i ever went to back 1990 at Charlotte coliseum. "Love in a elevator", "living on the edge", "dude looks like a lady", "what it takes". When i was in boot camp they were transporting us in buses and when "what it takes" came on the radio drill seargent turn it up and every body on the bus was singing. 20+ years and Alicia Silverstone hasn't aged at all. Her friend in the Cinema is Liv Tyler; Daughter of Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler but she didn't know for a long time who her biological father was. Enjoy the trilogy people. For hardcore. A- Smith fans this, though high charting (early 90's) is when they went downhill into glossy pop cheese Power Ballad's. They have many ballads from 70's and 80's , way way more greasy, haunting and soulful. Here's is a complete list. 1) "Seasons of Wither" (74) 2) "You See me Crying" {75} 3) " Home Tomight" (76) 4) "Mia" (79) 5)" Joanie's Butterfly" (82) 6) " Darkness" (85) 7) " Angel" (87) 8) "What it Takes" (89) 9) "Dueces Are Wild" (Pump outake) BTW their best post 70's -80's album is hands down " Just Push Play" circa 01 (with the unnesscary addition of cheese ball ballad " Fly Away Home") Fantastic ballads on album " Avant Garden" 🔥 & "Jaded" (sort of Ballad).

Fun fact: First time I saw Queen, in '74, they were the warm up band for Mott the Hoople. Brian May came down with hepatitis halfway through Mott's tour and Queen had to bow out. They were replaced by Aerosmith for the rest of the gigs. All of us Hoople fans got a mind boggling twofer. Mott the Hoople have plenty of great songs themselves, btw. And are still performing now and then. All the Young Dudes, which David Bowie wrote and produced, and Mott way more than did it justice. All the Way from Memphis. Sucker. Honaloochie Boogie. Marionette. Ready For Love/Afterlight. Wish someone would check them out. VERY underrated band. Bowie gave them All the Young Dudes because they were on the verge of breaking up/giving up, and Bowie thought that'd be a crime. Thus... Mott deserves credit for their own body of work, as well as for introducing Americans to Queen & Aerosmith onstage. Had they not done that, who knows if we'd be listening to these legends today, especially Freddie/Queen, as they were Brits and may not have ever broken into the U.S. market. Thank God we don't have to imagine a world without Freddie's and Steven Tyler's amazing voices in it. Great reaction, bro. As always!
