Nice vid! Could definitely relate to being chubby when I was younger and having decent calves now. I'd say farmer walks are useful to hit the calves, forearms and traps all at once. All the best!

horizontal pulling movement makes the back thicker and hit's the lower traps and rear delts (shoulders) the the vertical pulling movement really hits the lats and the muscle that connects ur chest and armpit idk what it's called

This is a cool and helpful video, but why do you act like its only applicable to asians? This advice can easily be taken by a man of any race, and still lead to improvement. Nothing you have said is specific to asian men only.

You're right that anyone can take this advice, but since I'm an Asian guy it helps me relate to other Asian dudes better and teach them better. Also, an Asian guy is more likely to click this video over another video about aesthetic physiques because they would feel it's more relatable--that's the theory anyways
