This is a brief demonstration of exercises that needs to be done after the acute stage after an ACL injury settles or after recovering from the acuteness of surgery ideally after 4 weeks.
These exercises may be started with a 2Kg weight belt or a medium resistance theraband with ten repetition thrice done two times daily would be adequate.
The weight and resistance may be gradually increased
