corona canceled my work so i'm bouta cancel my thighs my measurements: right thigh- 24" left thigh- 23 1/2" day 1: bouta start it so we'll see // i'm actually dying that was way harder than i expected, my thighs are burning. but that means it's working and i've never ever felt my inner thigh muscle like today so i'm excited to see results! day 2: completed, still difficult and i had to pause the vid a few times. day 3: completed, still burns but those are gainzzz day 4: tomorrow! hey guys! it's been two weeks! the results have been CRAZY. already lost an INCH on both thighs. you guys have to do this it really works. i'm going to keep going until i'll completely at my goal, good luck!!🤍

this works guys! just be consistent. I have been doing this for more than one month and i have seen great results. Diet is very important, remember that, as well as stretching, but i havent changed my diet much and it still worked. Do this to feel good, not to look good, with that mindset you wont enjoy the workout. Plus, you are already gorgeous and you dont need a thigh gap (which not everyone can get) to be beautiful. Wanting to improve oneself is amazing, but letting your insecurities control your life isnt at all

I've been doing this workout 2 times a day, along with the Hourglass Ab workout in the morning, and the 10 minute Ab workout at night, and I feel healthier than I've ever been! I started out having ab lines halfway down my stomach, but they weren't visible unless I flexed, and now I have toned legs, and ab lines all the way down my stomach, which is amazing because I haven't had this in years. I've been doing these exercises for about 10 days, so I can't wait to see where this takes me!!! :)

@@zz-ul8vw I do intermittent fasting, so I eat from 2pm to 7pm, and drink SO MUCH water before bed. I literally never got hungry, but maybe my body's just weird😂 I had a salad kit and vegetables every day, along with a bean and cheese tortilla, or a personal pizza, because I'm pescetarian. It's all about never getting hungry so that you don't get up at 1 am to eat your entire fridge and then not having the energy to work out because of the bad things you put in your stomach the day before

for anyone whos outer thighs are burning instead of ur inner thighs, position ur foot so ur toes are facing up and tighten ur entire leg, it changes everything :)

yall this stuff works magic, my thighs got rlly big during quarantine bc ive been sitting constantly + eating a ton of sugar and junk.. i did this 5 days a week for a 1 month and 1/2 and my thighs completely shrunk. this also sort of toned my legs! edit: also want to add that it hurt so so bad the first week, but it gets a lot better. just stay consistent, drink lots of water and go on a calorie deficit + do volume eating

imma answer some common questions i’ve seen in the comments. *does this work?* yes! i’ve been doing it for almost two months and i see huge improvement *will this grow your legs?* not necessarily if you don’t add weight, it may grow your legs if you are really skinny and you barely have muscle but it is to tone so it won’t make your legs bulky *how many times should i do this?* start with three times a week and then as you feel more comfortable add more times, don’t forget to rest at least a day a week so you don’t hurt yourself in the long run *should i follow her or the timer?* follow her, the timer goes slightly fast, she has her own timer which is right *whats the second song?* it is an interview of Lana del Rey talking about her song “video games” with music over it, it is edited tho, so you won’t find it just as in the audio *IF YOU HAVE MORE QUESTIONS REPLY TO THIS COMMENT*

Doing this for a week: Day 1: complete! did it twice. Obviously no changes since like, it’s the first day :) Day 2: complete! Still no change but i feel sore. Did it once today. Day 3: complete! Did it ever once. My lower thighs seem a little slimmer but my upper thighs are still the same. Day 4: complete! I only did it with like half effort cuz I was drained from hw. If I stand shoulder width apart I can see a small thigh gap but nothing big. Day 5: complete did it once again nothing super big and all but y know, imma keep working at it! day 6: i didnt do it cuz i had to go on a road trip to utah and it took 6.5 hours to egt there so yea day 7: did it! it was a little awkward since my parents and family werre there ad i get embarrased when i do it in front of people but yea. the challenge is complete. i do recommend doing this, when i sit down my thighs are slimmer. 9/10 if you do this...my message to you is: YOU GOT THIS!!!!!!!! Like to remind me to come here and update!!

right thigh: 56 cm left thigh: 55 cm right calf: 35 cm left calf: 35 cm weight: 58kg Day 1 (sat): Okay yaaaaass, THIS is a thigh workout! I've been doing workouts for almost every day for two months, but I haven't felt this amount of burn in a long time! I'll update every day for the next week :) Day 2 (sun): Doneee and it burns haha Day 3 (mon): Yay finished! Day 4 (tue): Donee Day 5 (wed): And done! Day 6 (thur): Did it twice :D Day 7 (fri): Done! Day 8 (sat): Doneeee! Okay, yes, this workout really works! But, I'm not going to measure my thighs (yet). Why? Because I finally understand that having small thighs isn't important. Instead, it's important to understand that your body is yours and that you should be really happy with it being healthy and good-functioning. Yes, I've noticed my thighs getting toned, but I'm not sure if they became actually tinnier. What I can say is that I really am happier with my thighs and my body as a whole, both because they became toner and stronger (not bulkier!) because of this workout, but also because I feel I'm finally starting to accept and love my body as how it is. So, lovely person reading this: please try to understand why you are doing workouts. Is it because you want to be slimmer, or because you want to be happy with yourself? Because I can tell you: getting slimmer won't make you happier. I tried it for many years, but it only made me feel more miserable. Try to love and embrace your body, even though you do not think this is what you want. But believe me: I love my body more as how it is know (not perfect) then when my legs were a bit smaller. Love.

To make it more difficult: point your toes, mind to muscle, look towards your toes and don’t drop your leg for the 3 minutes :)) also add in some sumo squat pulses - 4 x 30s with rest afterwards 👍🏼 really good workout for inner thighs!

KEEP ME ON TRACK GUYS start: 4/23/20 right thigh, 19.25 in left thigh, 19 in (wow uneven) Day 1: done ✅: omfg my legs shanking... i think i got cramps LMaO Day 2: done ✅: my legs sore from yesterdayyyyy...i think it acc works Day 3: done ✅: im still going bois... legs still shakin Day 4: gotta keep goingggg me legs feel stronger already Day 5: done ✅: yeet gonna do it twice todayyyy Day 6: done ✅: twice again :) Day 7: done ✅: im going to do this twice a day from now on. it doesnt burn as much as it used to :) Day 8: done ✅: not that hard anymore ayeee. ive memorized the order so i just scroll ig while exercising LMAO Day 9: done ✅ nothing much to say really, my legs only hurt when i do it the second time. Day 10: done ✅ sorry i forgot to log it yesterday but i did it! Day 11: done ✅ Day 12: done ✅ Day 13: done ✅ Day 14: done ✅ im going to measure tmr to see what has changed :D oh god its been a few days MY NEW MEASUREMENTS IN 14 DAYS end date: 5/13/20 right thigh, 18.25 in left thigh, 18.25 in THERE WERE AMAZINGGG RESULTS IN SUCH A SHORT TIME IM SO AMAZED not only have i lost an inch, my legs feel and look stronger, and i can see my muscles more :) i really recommend this exercise! its really hard at first, but the more you do it the stronger you get. you really see fast results and you feel them too! Day 1: Pretty hard. I struggled with getting my leg up for the left side Day 2: My legs were quaking D: Day 3: My legs are in pain, I really felt the burn Day 4: Easier now, no breaks in between. No breaks but felt harder Day 9: I've lost another pound, my legs are getting stronger and I swear to god if I flex I see a tiny bit of muscle Day 10: I've noticed a small change in my legs. So have my friends and mom too. They're a bit smaller Day 11:It was actually pretty hard today to get my leg up. Haven't lost anymore weight D: Day 12: Same as yesterday Day 13: Same as yesterday Day 14: skipped today Day 15: Hurt through the entire thing, my legs are less jiggily I've noticed Day 16: Same as yesterday Day 17: Lost another pound! Day 18: No changes Day 19: I've noticed my legs are a little thinner, no thigh gap though Days 20-21: Was on a trip with my family so I skipped Day 22: Hurts after not doing it for a few days Day 22: Did it twice to day to catch up a little bit! Hurt the first time but it was easier the second Day 23: Painful Days 24-25: Did the workouts, just forgot to do this Day 26: Did it! It was pretty easy 27: It was hard but I took no breaks

I’ve been doing this workout, the hourglass workout, and the beach bum workout 10-20 times each per month (along with other forms of exercise) since May 2019! And the results have been really good for the limited time I have had to invest in exercising (I’m a medical student). My thighs are slimmer, waist tighter, and butt rounder. Also, after the first week, it gets a lot easier too! Keep on going guys xoxo

I did this for about 7 days, and I also did the same exercise using my outside leg as well. I can definitely see and feel a difference. The exercise didn't really get easier, but the results are good.

i really suggest doing this with blogilates 5 inner thigh isolations. this workout targets the upper inner thigh while blogilates targets the lower inner thigh

It burns in my inner thighs but honestly it feels great as ik this is going to help me achieve thigh gap . day 2: done day 3: skipped day 4: done. this workout wont make my thighs bulky right? ofc i havent seen any results yet :// day 5: done. my thighs are sore from yesterday day 6: done. it still hurts so bad day7: skipped day 8: done. i can lift my legs slightly higher than before day 9: done. the workout seems very short now. day 10: done. it barely hurt today.i also figured that it is better if i point my toes so as to keep my muscle tensed. day 11: done. day 12: done. day 13: skipped day 14: done. it has gotten way easier :D day 15: done. day 16: done day 17: done. day 18: done. day 19: skipped. update: i didnt really expect to see results but my thighs have really become thinner!! day 20: done. day 21: done day 22: done. day 23: done.

i’ve been doing this workout for 6 days now. and i lost 2 pounds..crazyyy! i kinda changed my diet like i didnt eat as much dairy as i used to. I watch everything i eat. And when i am hungry i would eat not when i’m bored or wanna eat. I try to eat healthy maybe sometimes salad or something but i still would eat like a treat a day because it’s not that easy. I don’t eat past 7 so ya hope this helps

i have tried so many thigh workouts and the burn on this one is insaneeee. it’s the good type of burn, i feel my inner thigh tightening up it literrallllyyyy feels like a rock. i’ll be updating on how this goes!!! trying to go for as long as i can!!, starting point: 48 cm day 1: ✅✅✅was insanely hard but i don’t remember much other than the fact that i paused it like 3873 times day 2: ✅✅✅the same day 3: ✅✅✅wow i see a lot of improvement since i didn’t pause as much!!! day 4: ✅✅didn’t pause as much day 5: ✅✅the same day 6: ✅✅ day 7: ✅

I suggest laying down a mat or a pillow on the ground and placingyour hips on that! It cushions it and makes it less uncomfortable.

I'm doing this 1x and gabriella whited's thigh gap workout 2x day 1: ✅ 52cm day 2: ✅ 51.5 cm day 3: ✅ 51 cm day 4: ✅ 49.5 cm day 5: ✅ 49 cm day 6: rest day , I hung out with my dad day 7: ✅ 48 cm, everything seems to be speeding up since I added the gabriella whited workout day 8: ✅ 47.5 cm

yes these are accurate, the 4th day was the day after the weekend so maybe over the weekend the muscles had time to grow or whatever happens to them

I started today and ill update Thighs: 51,5 cm Day 1: done twice Day 2: done once Day 3: done twice Day 4: skipped bc of a sleepover Day 5: done once Day6: done twice Day 7: skipped by of a sleepover Day 8: skipped by o a sleepover (sorry guys we have holidays in Germany) Day 9: done twice Day 10: done once Day 11: done twice Day 12: done once Day 13: done once Day 14: done twice Day 15: done twice Day 16: done once Day 17: done twice So I write this on day 17 and I will still continue doing this but here’s the thing. I’ve done this for more than 2 weeks now and I haven’t measured yet but I don’t see any results. I’m not skinny but not thick or fat. So I’m “normal”. The same thing with my legs. But here’s the weird thing. I like my lower legs but my upper thighs are so thick. Wich makes no sense because I don’t even have a big butt. I feel like it could be muscles because For example my arms are a little bit muscular even tho I don’t do sport or workouts for arms. Heyya I did it for 7 days and it didn’t work but u kind of skipped alot if u don’t see results u could do a thigh cardio or full body one or outdoor run or try to do this for 1 month u might see results i kind of have been slowly it does take time!! Stay strong 🥰

(I've skipped probably 7 days.. cuz sometimes I'm very busy doing school works) and I could see my legs REALLY toning down but the "inner-inner" thigh doesn't seem to have lost any fat.. maybe it's because of my sugar intake (I'll be trying to avoid sugar now then :/ )

Late reply but i remember doing this workout straight for 50 days to notice a difference of -1 inches . It might take you a long time like me to see results but it works you'll also notice tad bit muscle definition which is a cool thing😎

okayyy soo i’m gonna start doing the update thingys so i will keep doing it ahah •day 1- hard , took a couple breaks and i did it twice •day 2- it gotten easier , well i took less breaks and i did it twice •day 3- ok sooo this morning i woke up and my thigh gap was a lot bigger and it looked better than it ever has and my thighs still look the same but they are getting toned faster and the workout was getting easier i’ve only done it once so far today but i’m planning on doing it three or four more times •day 4- okayyy so i lost two pounds and it’s getting easier and i did it twice today •day 5- i had a dance competition so i didn’t really have time to do it sooo ... rest day :) •day 6- i did it with a friend so we got a little side tracked and only did it once butttt yea :) •day 7 -

Ok so guys, I'm gonna do this for 5 days twice a day to see if it makes any difference along with her 10 minute ab workout once a day... Day 1: ouch... I definitely felt the burn, obviously no difference. The ab workout was brutal. Stay motivated! :)) UPDATE: so ik i haven't done this for a while, but i'm starting again and i'm going to do it for the week along with the ab workout.... not twice a day. if i see a difference in that time i may go on to do it for a month... but idk yet. weight: 135 lbs *i don't have a measuring tape so i'll j go by what i see in the mirror* Day 1: so i just finished and goddddd.... my legs were quaking by the end, as for the ab workout 💀. it was so awful, i'd rather do this 5 times instead of doing the ab workout once. but i actually got through it and only stopped once which i'm proud of. anyways see u tmrw! Day 2: my abs hurt like hellll!! they were mega sore after yesterday but i still did the workout all the way through with a couple pauses. as for this workout my legs were quaking through almost the whole thing. my inner thighs definitely felt the burn... obviously i see no results yet. (besides my top stomach.. abs are peeking through) Day 3: Today when i did my ab workout i felt stronger than yesterday, which i feel like is an improvement. However today the leg workout hurt a lot which was surprising because the other days it felt considerably easier than today, just thought that was strange. but DONE. until tmrw 👋 Day 4: Done. it was brutal and i stopped more times than i would of liked on the ab workout. but today i was j feeling super unmotivated.
