✓ 2 hot peppers

✓ 1 grated carrot
✓ 5 garlic
✓ 1 chicken or chicken thighs (optional)
✓ Chickpeas amount to taste
✓ Cinnamon
✓ 1 tablespoon of salt
✓ SPICES; 1 teaspoon of spicy
1 teaspoon sweet pepper
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon ginger
✓ Chicken stock cube
✓ 2 liters of water
‼️Tips and notes for the dough;
📝 the dough should knead well, for 5 minutes
📝 After making the dough, let it rest for approximately 1 hour.
📝 Divide into different parts, I've cooked it like this because my salt is small.
📝 Cook on medium fire. Very little just for it to separate from the dough.

📝 Throw all the ingredients before lighting fire.
📝 Cook for approximately 30 minutes.

📝 Once cooked, pass the chicken in the oven, for 10 minutes to bake well.
📝 Cook the dough for 10 minutes in the sauce over low heat.
📝 Oven 200°C / 10 minutes
📝 Preferably eat freshly served, as the dough quickly absorbs the sauce.
