INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH:
4 glasses of flour which is equivalent to 650 gr
1 glass of butter which is equivalent to 200 gr
a pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tablespoon of liquid or sachet vanilla
250 ml of water with orange flower water
INGREDIENTS FOR THE STUFFING :
600 gr roasted peanuts
200 g sugar
100 gr of Turkish sweet
40 g of melted butter
50 ml of water with orange flower water
UTENSILS :
Large bowl to work the dough
A spatula
bowl for ingredients
a round knife
A 32 cm diameter baking tray
Small dishes
‼️ TIPS AND TRICKS:
📝 the butter must be poured warm on the flour
📝 It is mandatory to pass the flour over the strainer
📝 Let the dough rest for a minimum of 2 hours. For twice.
📝 Toast the peanuts well, there are two ways, the first heat the oven and then toast them or, in the air fryer for approximately 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
📝 Mix water with orange flower scent.

📝 Preheat the oven before baking the dough. Preferably pour the honey into the baklawa fresh from the oven.
